Before you book
What do I need for the session?
A phone or computer with good internet, and a quiet place. The session link reaches you by email and on the booking page in your account.
Can I change the time?
Yes, from the booking page in your account, up to a day before the session. If something comes up after that, message us on WhatsApp.
I'm outside Egypt. How do the times show?
The times show in your own time zone by themselves, and you pay in dollars. The confirmation email has the time in your zone too.
How do I pay?
Online by card, or from Egypt by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. A transfer is confirmed once the team checks it, and your time stays held for you until then.
Can I record the session?
Ask Mahmoud at the start and agree on it together.
